Videographer—BowTie, Inc., Lexington, KY

BowTie is a California-based publishing company with offices in several states.  They’ve got a few positions open right now, including one for a videographer.  The videographer’s job is to film and edit program material for several BowTie Inc. publications. The job also involves travel to destinations where filming will occur, with 50%-75% overnight travel. Candidates should have a minimum of two years two years experience in video production and editing, technical skills, and a valid driver’s license and driving record. Since BowTie publishes a number of magazines related to agriculture and animals, knowledge in those areas would be a leg-up. Research Technician—North Dakota State University, Fargo, ND

NDSU’s Center for Nanoscale Science & Engineering is hiring a Research Technician responsible for the day to day operation and execution of experiments in the Bioactive Materials Research Lab.  A two year degree (either AS or AAS) in biological sciences is required, as are computer skills, and the work well in a team environment.  Lab experience, especially with “molecular biology techniques such as RT-PCR, RNA/protein isolation, DNA microarrays, 2-D gel electrophoresis “  a plus.  Apply here.

Director of Medicare Markets—BlueCross BlueShield, Portland, OR

This position entails leading and directing marketing and management for Medicare products across a multi-state service area. Candidates should have an MBA, or a Master’s in health care administration or a related field as well as a minimum of six years management experience in a marketing organization. Apply here.

Branch Manager—JP  Morgan Chase, Baton Rouge, LA

Although a college degree is preferred, candidates with a high school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent, as well as two years of managerial work in an environment with aggressive sales goals, should apply. Refund Specialist—Akron Children’s Hospital, Akron, OH

If you have good computer skills, are a speedy typist, and are familiar with UB-04/HCFA1500 billing and governmental, managed care and commercial payor regulations, then the Refund Specialist job could be a good fit. A high school diploma is necessary, as is two years of experience in medical billing, follow-up, customer service or credit/collection. Apply here.
