Stump the Intern

Q:I will be fishing up my last year of Law School in December. I am both black and gay. I've been a summer associate at two different firms, and while neither made me uncomfortable, I'd really like to work somewhere that's not only diverse racially, but is good for women as well. I know there are lists of "Best Law Firms for Women" but some of these seem to be geared more towards working-mother types, which I may be at some point but am not yet!

A: It's always good to work somewhere you feel comfortable and where you'll be treated equally regardless of sexual orientation, race, or gender. Here is Vault's list of the 20 best law firms for both women and diversity. Good luck in your last semester and congrats on your upcoming graduation!
