Job Hunt--a new TV Series for Job Seekers (Video)

"In today's market, looking for a job can be a daunting, sometimes overwhelming task." So said Mayor Michael Bloomberg last week at the launch of NYC Media's "Job Hunt"--a new ten-part series aimed at helping New Yorkers to find work. It's not only residents of the Big Apple that have something to gain from watching the series (the first of which is embedded below)--host Tory Johnson and a plethora of contributors all have some interesting and pertinent advice to offer throughout the series. (And yes, we are thrilled to be name-checked as a valuable job-seeking resource some 5 minutes in!)

For those with access to NYC TV, future episodes of the show will be airing Tuesdays at 9 p.m. on NYC life (Channel 25). You can also view them at www.nyc.gov/jobhunt.
