Allstate is hiring 600 bilingual workers in Texas
They'll be staffing a new $11.6 million customer information center in San Antonio.
Yelp is hiring 200 in Scottsdale
Schneider National is hiring 2,100 Regional Drivers
The move will "expand its pool of regional truckload drivers more than 600 percent this year".
Florida needs nurses
Time Warner Cable is hiring 170
Not for on-air though: the positions are all based "at its Regional Outbound Center in Albany, NY."
Tata Consulting is planning 30,000 hires next year
Caveat: "70% of the staff to be hired next fiscal year will be fresh graduates and more than 2,000 will be recruited from outside India."
The New York Times is hiring "a handful of people"
Not journalists though—only tech people and software engineers to work on their pay wall.
