Today, the Times points out that the dude who walked around Park Avenue last week with a sign around his neck saying EXPERIENCED MIT GRAD FOR HIRE is still in need of a job. Which I can't say is too surprising since 1) Wall Street doesn’t look kindly on shameless publicity and 2) These days investment banks are firing, not hiring. (Maybe the fomer Houlihan Lokey banker can’t afford a newspaper or an Internet connection and hasn't heard.) At any rate, I wish Mr. Persky all the best during the waning seconds of his 15 minutes.
