Vampires and Victories: The Ins and Outs of the G20

Financial Fool's Day on the streets of London looks like it was wilder than Burning Man in the desert of Nevada.

Check out these shots of vampires, tanks and smoke bombs during yesterday's G20 protests that CNBC posted, as well as these photos taken by a blogger at the festivities. Though it looks like many of the thousands of protestors had a jolly good time, it sure doesn't look like it was a walk in Hyde Park for many bankers (or anyone mistaken for a banker).

After checking out what transpired outside the summit, check out what happened inside, and why the meeting's being called "historic," "a major step forward" and "a victory for common sense."
