Poor Kenny Lewis. He's out of work and now New York State Attorney General Raggedy Andy Cuomo is suing the former BofA CEO's backside.

Cuomo filed charges against Lewis for his part in that Merrill Lynch bonus fiasco in which Kenny and others from BofA allegedly misled shareholders, withholding information about Merrill's monstrous losses and big bonuses before BofA bought the Bull.

In better news for BofA (if not for Lewis), the firm has picked up a few big bankers from its rivals and is reportedly going on a bit of a hiring spree in Asia.
