Although Wall Street’s dead according to Alan “Ace” Greenberg, the famous CEO and penny pincher who built Bear Stearns into a trading powerhouse, the Wall Street Pink Slip Party is alive and kicking, and the next incarnation of the soiree for folks formerly employed by investment banks will be held tomorrow night, so if you're so inclined, RSVP then head on down to 52 Walker Street (not all that from Wall) located in the triangle below Canal to “jingle and mingle with recruiters, HR people and others who will be helpful to your job search.” (If you'd rather wallow in your sorrows than network with human resources, note that vodka cocktails are going for $4 and Buds for $2.)
