Buffett Bets on Ex-Goldman Banker

If you can figure out where to send your cover letter and resume, you can do a lot worse than sending it to BDP Capital Partners, a new merchant bank started by ex-Goldman Sachs banker Byron Trott.

Trott was Warren Buffett's main Goldman banker, and BDP received some seed money from the billionaire investor. Reportedly, BDP, which as of yet does not have a web site, will invest in and help run family-owned and entrepreneurial business.
