Bank of America’s New Bonus Scheme: 75% in Stock, 25% in Cas

And that’s just the junior banker breakdown. Senior hitters at BofA, many of whom stand to bank seven-figure bonuses, will reportedly receive as much as 95 percent in stock and 5 percent in cash.

Hoping to curb public outrage at the return of the monster banking bonus, look for other investment banks to unveil similar pay schemes in the coming weeks.
