2010 Vault Banking Survey: Overall Satisfaction & Manager Re

As part of its 2010 Banking Survey, Vault asked approximately 2,000 banking professionals to rate their overall job satisfaction on a scale of 1 to 10 (with 10 being entirely fulfilled and 1 being completely unsatisfied). Vault also asked respondents to rate their treatment by managers on a scale of 1 to 10 (with 10 being very respectful and 1 being very disrespectful).
