Vault Debuts Today's International Green Jobs

Published: Nov 24, 2009

Starting today, Vault will feature the day's top overseas green jobs. Let us, however, break down what "green" stands for. Green jobs extend to not just traditional energy and environmental industries but also to accounting, communications, product and project management, technology, sales, media, entertainment, and even the executive suite.

With so much being written and discussed about climate change and the stimulus money President Obama has assigned to build a green economy, it is clear that more jobs will be created--and not just in the U.S. but overseas as well. In fact, Europe is ahead by leaps and bounds in creating green jobs. And this job creation will be across industries and sectors. As companies get ready to become more responsible, they will need Corporate Social Responsibility experts, strategists, sustainability consultants, energy efficiency experts and managers who understand green.

Starting today, we will bring you the top international green jobs.
