Treasury Dept. Identifies Hiring Needs, Will Host Career Fair

The Treasury department has identified several career areas where they plan to hire through the next six months. And they are giving people with disabilities a chance to apply before the positions are opened for all applicants. On Friday, October 9, 2009 the U.S. government will host a career fair exclusively for individuals with disabilities from 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm in Washington, D.C.

This event, however, is by invitation only and you are required to register online to secure a spot. Click here to register. The career areas identified by them include IT, Bank Examiners, Contract Specialists, Program Analysts, Internal Revenue Officers, Auditors, Employment Tax, Project Managers and Financial Economists, among others.
