Kurt Salmon and Ineum Consulting join forces

Yesterday, Kurt Salmon Associates and Ineum Consulting announced a new, independent partnership. The two will join forces to create an independent management and strategy consulting firm under the name Kurt Salmon (the firms will remain independent and retain their names until January 2011). Both firms have previously been operating under the UK-based Management Consulting Group umbrella for over two years, and now intend to offer clients "a better mix of business and functional expertise."

Ineum employs over 1,100 consultants throughout Europe, the US, North Africa and Australia, while KSA currently has 500 consultants in the US, Europe and Asia, and focuses on strategy and operations management to the consumer products, retail and health care industries. The firms claim that their new union will establish a "one-of-a-kind" consulting firm that will provide expertise in strategy, management, organization and corporate transformation while remaining "strictly independent from outsourcing, IT development or vendors."
