A new C in the C suite

Deloitte Consulting LLP has elected Punit Renjen as its new chairman and CEO in the U.S. Renjen will be taking over for Doug Lattner, who led Deloitte Consulting in the U.S. since 2003. Renjen has been with the firm for over 22 years, and for the past two years he has served as the global and US leader of Deloitte Consulting's strategy and operations practice, which has maintained a double-digit share of the global market for strategy advisory work. In 2007, he was named one of Consulting magazine's Top 25 Most Influential Consultants, most notably for his work in the M&A space.
