MBAs Should Master PowerPoint Regardless of Its Efficacy

Do you think that the PowerPoint presentation is an important strategic tool which drives the marketplace of new business ideas? Or do you take the view that a PowerPoint presentation is a limiting, obfuscating, oversimplified and over-relied-upon way of turning information into a sales pitch?

However you feel about them, slideshow presentations are a ubiquitous presence in conference rooms, so learning how to be an effective communicator on this useful yet reductive tool would certainly be a boon to any MBA.
