Law Students Flouting the Law on Facebook

The things people post on Facebook, sometimes, right? Some of those things could potentially be a problem, legally speaking, but did you know that a lot of those people posting those problematic posts are actually law students and lawyers?

From a Kaplan survey of law school 3Ls:

[N]early half (49%) report that they have seen something on someone’s Facebook page that could get the poster in trouble with the law. Surprisingly, 44% of that group said the alleged offender was a law school student or lawyer, begging the question: shouldn’t those who should know the law best know better?
