Heading to Law School at 19

All the law school blogs are talking about Kate McLaughlin, a 19-year-old Californian heading to Northwestern Law in a few shorts weeks. McLaughlin graduated from UC San Diego at 17 and earned a 174 on her LSATs. On why she wants to earn her JD, she told the Orange County Register, "I'm an idealist; I want to change the world." However, she does have one concern. "I'm worried I'll hate law school because it will take up too much of my time on things I'm not interested in." To quote the WSJ's Law Blog, "She seems, well, very human."
