Good Bye and Good Luck

 Education       Grad School

After 5 wonderful years at Vault, it has come time for me to hang up my hat as senior education editor. It has been a joy writing for all of you, and I hope my advice has been helpful. The admissions community is full of truly kind people who want to help all prospective students succeed. With that in mind, David Limm will take up the reins of Admit One and so that Vault continues to provide admissions advice, school ratings and rankings, entry-level career insight and everything internships.

If I can leave students and prospective students with one piece of advice it is this: whatever your passion, figure it out and pursue it. I know, totally lame and pretty cliched. But school is where you can really take the time to find out what you love to do and then do it. Whether it's inside or out of the classroom, that passion will translate into a major, a job and, ultimately, a career. Volunteer, play a sport, take an extra class or an internship--even if it doesn't translate, you will be a better job/school/everything candidate for whatever path you choose.

Good luck and have fun!
