Sales Account Executive – Enterprise Licensing

About the position

Vault.com seeks an enthusiastic and business oriented Account Executive to join Vault’s Enterprise Licensing team. The Account Executive would be selling Vault’s premium database subscription services into elite educational programs across the country. 

This position will be responsible for not only actively cultivating new business, but maintaining contact with an assigned book of business and ensuring continued business to meet quarterly goals. The Account Executive should be a focused, proactive self-starter, and have the ability to reach key decision makers. Above all, the Account Executive will be able meet or exceed objectives in the areas of revenue, customer satisfaction and market penetration.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and maintain relationships with clients by demonstrating an in-depth understanding of campus recruiting needs
  • Present client-specific demonstrations of Vault’s services and product suite.
  • Maintain high volume of daily phone activity to sell to maximum number of prospects and clients.
  • Work collaboratively with content and corporate sales teams to drive revenue growth with the new and existing clients/customers.
  • Represent Company in the marketplace at regional and national conferences (travel may be required).
  • Meet or exceed quarterly goals

Qualifications:

  • Business-related college degree.
  • At least 3 years of relevant B2B sales experience preferred.
  • Experience with subscription licensing and education-based clients
  • Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of campus recruiting practices a plus

Vault.com seeks an enthusiastic and high performing Account Executive to join Vault’s Sales team in NYC.  The ideal candidate has 5+ years of proven B2B digital media sales success, experience growing an existing book of business and exceeding sales quotas.  The account executive will establish and maintain partnerships with clients at some of the largest financial and management consulting organizations. This role will work closely with C-level executives and key decision makers to increase brand awareness amongst students and laterals in order to recruit and retain top talent.

Job Description

The recruiting and career editor will be responsible for web content relating to career planning, college admissions, and job searching. The editor will also focus on school related surveys, updating school profiles, social media, and blogging.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the editorial process for the Vault’s rankings and guides to Top Schools, including editing content, writing content, overseeing the revision process, and collaborating with sales, research, and marketing.
  • Managing the editorial calendar for the education and career vertical.
  • Overseeing and editing all content relating to the career development vertical, including school profiles, guides, blog posts, and web content.
  • Assisting with the school surveys, including reviewing and compiling survey data, editing survey data, and collaborating on the survey process.

Job Requirements

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years of experience or a master's degree with an emphasis on counseling, student affairs, human resource management, or related field
  • Experience in a career center or higher education setting related to career development and recruiting services
  • Demonstrated career counseling ability
  • Experience with career assessments

Knowledge & Skills
